Forty (40) trainees under Expanded
Training for Works Scholarship Program (E-TWSP) who took the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) third batch
at GCB-Alegria have recently passed the SMAW competency assessment held last
August 27-30, 2013 at Provincial Manpower Training Center, Surigao City. This
batch of SMAW NC II has three (3) females and thirty-seven (37) males.
Said trainees were assessed by Jaime
S. Retanal with the presence of Conchita Salgado of TESDA – Surigao del Norte.
