Ronel Enario Labaso, is known by his family and friends as “Loloy”. He is a resident and at the same time Barangay Kagawad of Barangay San Juan, Alegria, Surigao del Norte. Friends of Loloy said that he is vying for the position as the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) member of the said municipality under the Independent – Partido Padajun Surigao to widen his public service. One of his friends claims that Loloy is very active in terms of youth and sports development. As shown in his political poster, Loloy has been the event organizer of his own barangay. From Loloy’s friend, he said that he has the desire to institutionalize the youth development and empower them as agent for achieving sustainable development in the municipality of Alegria. Such youth and sports development program will be done with the significant partnerships and coordination of different government and non-government agencies who promote the same development agenda.
